Shipping Policies

Once the order is processed, an email is sent to the customer confirming that the package is on its way and the delivery times are as follows:

  • National shipping from 3 to 5 business days . The Tracking Number will be included in the shipping confirmation.
  • Empress National Shipping from 1 to 2 business days . The Tracking Number will be included in the shipping confirmation.

Extended areas: Certain cities or towns are considered extended areas by couriers and delivery times may be extended and Dermalivery has no control over this.

Clarifications:

  • Preparation and shipping times may be delayed due to a high volume of orders or an extraordinary event such as a new collection launch, holiday, and vacation.
  • For national shipments we cannot be responsible if there is no one who can receive the package. If the package is returned to Dermalivery, the customer must pay for the reshipping cost.
  • In case of bad weather, delivery times tend to be delayed.
  • We are not financially responsible for lost packages or sent to the wrong address if the error was on the customer's part.
  • Orders placed after twelve noon will be processed until the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed until Monday or the next business day.
