Changes
Our return policy lasts 5 business days . If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

In order to make a return you need to meet the following requirements:

  • Product with its original label.
  • Never having used the product.
  • The product in its original condition.

Additional non-returnable products:

  • Discounted products.
  • Gift cards.

Returns

To complete your return we require:

  • Full name
  • Cell phone number
  • Number of order
  • Date when the purchase was made
  • Reason for returning the product

You must wait for email confirmation to begin the return process, which will arrive in no more than five business days.

Send us the guide #, Name, Product to our email contacto@dermalivery.com , if it is not sent within that period the return process will be canceled and the return will no longer be accepted.

Refunds
We only grant store credit for the price of the product, we do not make any money refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. You will also receive your credit code by email that you can use on your next purchase.
Sale items
Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to contacto@dermalivery.com .


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer to give to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer and they will know about your return.

Shipment
To return your product, you must send them to: Calzada del Valle #400 Ote. Colonia Del Valle, San Pedro Garza García, 66220 Monterrey.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.

Once the order is processed, an email is sent to the customer confirming that the package is on its way and the delivery times are as follows:

  • National shipping from 3 to 5 business days . The Tracking Number will be included in the shipping confirmation.
  • Empress National Shipping from 1 to 2 business days . The Tracking Number will be included in the shipping confirmation.

Extended areas: Certain cities or towns are considered extended areas by couriers and delivery times may be extended and Dermalivery has no control over this.

Clarifications:

  • Preparation and shipping times may be delayed due to a high volume of orders or an extraordinary event such as a new collection launch, holiday, and vacation.
  • For national shipments we cannot be responsible if there is no one who can receive the package. If the package is returned to Dermalivery, the customer must pay for the reshipping cost.
  • In case of bad weather, delivery times tend to be delayed.
  • We are not financially responsible for lost packages or sent to the wrong address if the error was on the customer's part.
  • Orders placed after twelve noon will be processed until the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed until Monday or the next business day.
